Our lead times depend on the type of wax chosen for your project. Here's what you can expect:

• In-stock products (16 essential colors): Allow a maximum of 1 week between placing your order and receiving your package.
• Standard wax on order (over 200 shades to choose from): Please allow 15 days for manufacturing and delivery.
• Fully customized project (bespoke color): The lead time will depend on the complexity of your request. We will establish a precise timeline together once your specifications have been approved.

Our delivery zones: We deliver everywhere in mainland France and Corsica. For delivery to the rest of Europe, it is absolutely possible! Contact us directly for a study and a quote upon request.

Shipping costs: Delivery costs are calculated automatically when you place your order. They depend on the weight of your package, your region, and the chosen transport method. Several carrier options will be offered when you validate your cart to suit your needs. Please note: Shipping costs are free (franco de port) for orders of 30 kg of wax or more for all deliveries in mainland France and Corsica.

The number of bottles you can seal depends on the wax weight chosen, but also on the capping style you wish to apply (entire bottle top, simple pellet on top, layer thickness, etc.).
