The Brief & Choosing Your Shade
It all starts with your inspiration. To convey the color of your dreams to us, you have several options:
- Provide us with a precise Pantone reference.
- Send us a physical sample (a piece of paper, a label, packaging, fabric, etc.).
- Explain your project to us in as much detail as possible.
Step 2
Formulation in our Toulouse Workshops
Upon receipt of your samples, our colorist artisans in Toulouse take the stage. We adjust pigments to the exact gram to faithfully reproduce your shade.
Our facilities include tanks with a capacity of 60 kg. It is to guarantee this excellence of blending and homogeneity that we start the manufacture of custom colors from a minimum order of 20 kg.
Step 3
The Real Test: No Surprises, Guaranteed Satisfaction
Because color on a screen or paper does not react the same way as on wax, we include a unique validation step:
- We cast your test formula into wax discs.
- We send this physical sample to your home.
- You will have enough to wax approximately 6 test bottles directly at home.
- Our commitment: Is the color not quite right for you? We will rework and adjust the recipe until you are 100% satisfied.
Step 4
Production, Shipping & Tracking
Once you give us your official go-ahead:
- Fast delivery: We start mass production. Your order is manufactured and delivered to your home within 15 days maximum after your approval.
- Replenishment guarantee: We carefully keep the exclusive recipe of your color in our archives. When you need to reorder, you are guaranteed to find exactly the same shade, order after order.
